Cabbage can be cut up and added to salad or slaw, sliced and grilled, fermented, and used in soups or stews. It is a great vegetable that has a long shelf life. Our favorite way to eat it is to chop it up into small pieces and add it to pico de gallo salsa to add crispy freshness. Our cabbages are sold by the head.
