The curly leaf kale has a bright, peppery flavor that is amazing in salads, smoothies, soups, and as chips. It is rich in antioxidants and packs some serious vitamin A, E, K, and B. Curly leaf kale comes in a bunch with 5-6 leaves. Note: It is best to devein kale before use (learn how here). Please wash before use.
