Dinosaur kale has a deep and earthy flavor that is amazing in salads, smoothies, soups, and as chips. It is rich in antioxidants and pack some serious vitamin A, E, K, and B. Full-grown kale comes in a bunches of 5-6 leaves. Note: It is best to devein kale before use (learn how here). Please wash before use.
